The sidewalk outside Katz's Deli just can't seem to catch a break. The Lo-Down reports that a backhoe was digging a hole right up to the facade of the restaurant today, in order to repair a collapsed sidewalk. The ancient water main that burst last month is once again to blame, but once again, the deli remains open and busy [TLD]
