Brooklyn restaurateur Andrew Tarlow just signed his very first book deal with Ten Speed Press. Dinner at the Long Table will be "a personal collection of memorable feasts and festive meals" with "elegant, easy-to-follow, ingredient-driven recipes." Tarlow is writing the book with Diner Journal editor-in-chief Anna Dunn. It's slated for Fall 2016 publication, and Tarlow is also working on another Ten Speed book for Fall 2017. [Eater National]
