CHELSEA — Bubby's High Line has just debuted a sidewalk snowball cart on the corner of Washington and Gansevoort Streets. The cart serves shave ice topped with condensed milk and syrup in flavors like chocolate, currant sour, or cola for $5 a pop. [EaterWire]

DELIVERYWIRE — Premium food delivery service Caviar has just expanded its reach all the way from 60th Street up to 96th Street (91st on the East Side).
