Estela Expansion Rumors; Momofuku's Fourth of July

RUMORMONGERING — Eater National has pictures and gossip from last weekend's Aspen Food & Wine Classic. There were rumors that the Estela team was planning two new restaurants, but today Thomas Carter tells Eater NY that it's "all pipe dreams at the moment." More gossip: Eli Kulp (Fork, Philadelphia) is apparently working on an NYC restaurant, and Johnny Iuzzini might open a "bean-to-bar" concept in either Williamsburg or LA. [EaterWire]

MOMOWIRE — All of the Momofuku restaurants (except Ko) will be offering special $350 take-out packages for the Fourth of July weekend for eight to 10 people. Má Pêche will be serving barbecued chicken, brisket, and buns, plus fixins; Ssäm Bar will be doing a bo ssäm to go package with a bunch of sides and extras; and Momofuku Noodle Bar will be offering a chicken wing and spare rib feast. WEST VILLAGE — The Spotted Pig will host its sixth annual Gay Pride Party on Sunday, June 29 after the Pride Parade ends around 5:30 p.m. The Pig will be offering drink specials like a "Pride Punch," as well as an "adult ice" luge. Admission is free. [EaterWire]
