RUMORMONGERING — Eater National has pictures and gossip from last weekend's Aspen Food & Wine Classic. There were rumors that the Estela team was planning two new restaurants, but today Thomas Carter tells Eater NY that it's "all pipe dreams at the moment." More gossip: Eli Kulp (Fork, Philadelphia) is apparently working on an NYC restaurant, and Johnny Iuzzini might open a "bean-to-bar" concept in either Williamsburg or LA. [EaterWire]
MOMOWIRE — All of the Momofuku restaurants (except Ko) will be offering special $350 take-out packages for the Fourth of July weekend for eight to 10 people. Reservations must be placed via email by next Monday, June 30. [EaterWire]
