Wilson Tang is planning to open a Philadelphia outpost of his dim sum fixture, Nom Wah Tea Parlor. Tang, whose family has operated the 95-year-old restaurant since 1974, was scouting locations in Philly back in April, and has now signed a lease at 218 N. 13th Street, in the city's Chinatown. The place is still far from opening, however, and Tang tells Philly.com he won't even set a date until the fall. In the meantime, he's a big fan of Cheu Noodle Bar.
