BrisketTown Gets Another Monster Meat Smoker

Close followers of Daniel Delaney's Instagram might have noticed that the Mayor of BrisketTown received a gigantic new smoker over the weekend. When Eater inquired about this new piece of equipment, Delaney explained that he purchased a replica of his current smoker to both assist with the smoking necessary for the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party this weekend, and also to allow his team to smoke different meats at different temperatures at the same time. Delaney notes: "Each of the proteins cook with a very unique cycle, but with one smoker we have to try and cook everything together. If we have more, we can use one just for ribs (for example), which will allow them their own set of time and temperatures." The smoking facility is around the corner from the restaurant.
