Il Mulino Prime, the New Italian Steakhouse in Soho

Here's a look at the Il Mulino team's new Soho steakhouse, Il Mulino Prime. The restaurant, which opened in the old T-Bar Soho space earlier this week, focuses on steaks and chops, but still has some of the pastas and classic Italian dishes found at the other outposts of the of the clubby Il Mulino empire. Dishes include a caesar salad, lobster mac and cheese, veal chop milanese, and a variety of dry-aged steaks. The interior is, like the uptown Il Mulino, very white, and includes a mix of fake taxidermy and inspirational quotes on the wall. Take a look around. Il Mulino Prime
