WEST VILLAGE — Tickets just went on sale for Montmartre's Bastille Day party on July 13 (actually the day before Bastille Day). The party will take place in the back garden from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., with food from Michael Toscano plus unlimited cocktails, beer, and wine. CARROLL GARDENS — For one weekend in July, Eater Young Guns semifinalist Elise Kornack will serve a vegetarian tasting menu at Take Root.
