Although Jason Stevens agreed last week to pay over $1 million in restitution to the couples he ripped off when he shuttered reBar, the chances of those couples actually seeing the money look slim. Stevens supposedly doesn't have the money now, and the agreement only requires him to pay up if he comes into some money. And he is still off to prison next month. [DNAinfo]
