On Saturday, Will Guidara, Daniel Humm, and the rest of The Nomad crew surprised New York with the opening of The Nomad Bar, a sexy new bi-level eating and drinking emporium right next door to their hotel/restaurant. The food menu includes a lot of vegetable-based snacks, as well as fried chicken, skirt steak skewers, a truffled-studded hot dog, a dry-aged burger, and a chicken pot pie made with black truffles and foie gras. The menu also has several tartares, and a three types of clams. The cocktail list features favorites from next door, plus large format drinks and reserve cocktails made with premium spirits, priced $28 to $198. Check out the menus:
