Tosi, Olvera, and Lefebvre Team Up With Le Fooding

The French gastronomes behind food magazine/event company Le Fooding just released the lineup for their Le Fooding Fruitstock picnic parties at Rockaway Beach next month. Each event will feature food from three chefs, plus live music. Christina Tosi will be serving grapefruit popsicles and Cereal Milk pudding during every party, and Rockaway Taco's Andrew Field will be making cornmeal crostini sopes. On July 11, noodle master Ivan Orkin will serve a special chilled lemon shio dashi ramen. Ludo Lefebvre, of Trois Mec in Los Angeles, will serve grilled veal breast for the meals on July 12. And on the final day, July 13, Mexico City superstar Enrique Olvera will serve red chilaquiles and burrata.

The events will be held in a space on the beach near Rockaway Taco. Tickets are $40, with $4 from each ticket going to Graybeards, a charity that is helping the Rockaways bounce back after Hurricane Sandy. Tickets will go on sale to the general public on June 30.
