Pizza blogger turned pizza-maker Adam Kuban is mulling over a ticketing system for his first public bar pie pop up. On the official Margot's Pizza blog, Kuban writes: "Not only is it good for customers — giving them a clear picture as to when their pizza will be ready — it's great for us as pizzamakers." The pop-up will probably take place on a Saturday afternoon at Emily in Clinton Hill, but Kuban has not set an official date yet. [Margot's Pizza]
