Doug Quint and Bryan Petroff, the duo behind the Big Gay Ice Cream Shop are planning a new outpost of their beloved soft serve shop in Philadelphia. The shop, which started as an ice cream truck, has two NYC locations, and another set to in LA this summer. The Philly outpost could be serving Salty Pimps and Bea Arthurs as early as August.
