Chef Polo Dobkin's new restaurant in the old Dressler space in Williamsburg will be called Meadowsweet. Although not much information is available yet, the restaurant does have an OpenTable page set up and the restaurant applied for a sidewalk cafe [PDF] at last month's community board meeting.
