A Few Hudson Eats Vendors Open Earlier Than Expected

Hudson Eats, the highly anticipated food court located in Brookfield Place has soft opened. Mighty Quinn's and Dig Inn are open, Num Pang opened yesterday and an employee confirms that Dos Toros will be open tomorrow. Some spots may be open tomorrow, but all bets are off until the grand opening, which is this Tuesday. New locations of Blue Ribbon Sushi and the Jose Garces restaurant, Amada, are in the works, as is second outpost of Parm. Look out for Blue Ribbon later this summer, and the sit-down restaurants in a few months from now.
