Rolling into New York and New Jersey from May 7-May 11, the festivities include live cooking demonstrations, product tastings, and salame education. They've also got famed Top Chef favorite Fabio Viviani in tow, and will be in New York at the Mother's Day Weekend Garden Party in The New York Botanical Gardens on Sunday, May 11.
