A restaurant called Nolita Ristorante just opened in Hartford, CT, and yes, it's inspired by the neighborhood. Co-owner Vishal Sharma says that after noticing all the restaurants in Nolita that "specialized in one thing," he decided to create a menu that incorporated all those things. Which means Nolita Ristorante serves a regular menu of burgers, pizzas, cocktails, beer, and more. [The Courant]
