The Strand Smokehouse and sister establishment The Bakeway are now back open following a 20 day suspension from the DOH. As you may recall, restaurateur Tommy Vasilis told a DOH employee to take a hike during an inspection last summer, and he was then forced to temporarily close his restaurants.
