NOLITA — Chef Matt Lambert is celebrating the one year anniversary of The Musket Room with a special eight-course tasting menu on June 3. The $115 meal includes smoked scallops and New Zealand venison with berries, parsley, and black garlic. [EaterWire]

INVESTIGATIONS — Phrosties, the extremely boozy underground slushies being sold to New Yorkers via Instagram, are currently under investigation by the SLA.
