Here's a look around Bacchanal, the new Bowery restaurant from chef Scott Bryan of Apiary and Veritas and restaurateur Peter Poulakakos. The French and Italian inspired restaurant is slated to open in the renovated Sohotel space on Tuesday. The menu will include crudo, fresh pastas, grilled seafood, and roasted meat dishes. Saxon and Parole's Naren Young was tasked with creating the seasonal cocktail list. Take a look around.
