Blenheim, Justin Hilbert's Farm to Table Restaurant

Here's a look inside, Blenheim, the new West Village restaurant from former Gwynnett St. chef Justin Hilbert and restaurateur Morten Sohlberg. Blenheim, which took over the old Smorgas location, opened on Monday and is serving a menu that includes things like pork with turnips and fermented rice and squab with beets and cherries. The chef plans to make ample use of produce provided from Blenheim Farm, which the restaurant is named after. Phil Johnson, formerly of Contra and Gwynnett St., is working here as wine director. Take a look around:
