Gavin Kaysen

For the last six years, Cafe Boulud's Gavin Kaysen has been the guest chef at the Carter Burden Center for the Aging on the Upper East Side. Yesterday, Kaysen prepared his last special meal at the center before his departure for Minnesota. When he leaves next month, Kaysen's successor Aaron Bludorn will continue the tradition of serving the seniors. [DNAinfo]
