Astoria Italian staple Frank's Bakery is closing this weekend after 38 years in business. Co-owner Frank Roscigno, Jr. tells DNAinfo: "We own the building, and we got a good offer...We feel bad about leaving, but we've been thinking about it — it wasn't a spur-of-the-moment decision."
