Shanna Pacifico, who left the Back Forty team earlier this year, will be opening a new market-driven place in Crown Heights in late June. The chef will be debuting some of her "snout to tail" menu at City Grit tomorrow night. Looks like — from Instagram — that she will be teaming up with Giulia Pelliccioni and Roberto Aita, both formerly of Fort Greene Italian restaurant Aita. [~ENY~]
