Alex Raij and Eder Montero have signed a deal with Ten Speed Press for a book called Welcome Basque. The new book will feature recipes from Txikito, La Vara, and El Quinto Pino that "take on traditional Basque and Spanish preparations." No word yet on a pub date. [Eater National]
