Claudette, A Pretty French-Mediterranean Restaurant

Rosemary's now has a Provence-inspired sibling by the name of Claudette. She lives in the Fifth Avenue space that formerly housed Lotus of Siam and Cru. In the kitchen of Claudette, Rosemary's chef Wade Moises is joined by Koren Grieveson, a James Beard award winner who worked at Avec in Chicago. The menu includes lots of shareable salads and vegetable dishes, as well as lightly composed seafood plates, "pains Tunisiens," pastas, bouillabaisse, chicken tagine, grilled lamb, and hanger steak. Restaurateur Carlos Suarez and partner Mark Barak tapped Dekar Design to create the space.
