Miss Lily's 7A Cafe Is Ready to Rock Your Socks Off

The space that once held 7A is now Paul Salmon's new restaurant, Miss Lily's 7A Cafe. The chef here is Adam Schop, of Nuela and Stephen Starr's Le Diplomate in DC. His menu includes some Miss Lily's standards plus new dishes like grilled mackerel with "run down sauce," and a Jamaican patty melt. The very colorful, very patterned new interior of this former East Village staple is the work of nightlife king Serge Becker, who's on board as creative director for this project.
