Bâtard Could Open As Early As Next Week

The team at Bâtard has begun hosting previews this week, and it looks like the most anticipated restaurant of spring/summer 2014 is on track to open even sooner than expected. The dining room that was gutted just two weeks ago is now ready for action, and there's new gold lettering in the window that once read Corton. Markus Glocker has been nailing down the menu, Drew Nieporent has been testing it, and after some friends and family meals this week, word on the street is that Nieporent, Glocker, and John Winterman could unleash their transformation of Corton by as early as Tuesday.
