April Bloomfield's long-time protégé, Peter Cho, is moving from New York to his hometown of Portland, Oregon to open his own wood-fired Korean restaurant. Cho has worked his way up to executive chef of both The Breslin and Salvation Taco, and plans to bring Bloomfield's "school of nose-to-tail butchery" to the new spot. [~Eater PDX~]
