M. Wells owners Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis want to host an outdoor music festival this summer in an empty lot next to M. Wells Steakhouse. They haven't revealed many details yet, but say that it will involve live music and movie screenings. The pair will go before the Community Board with the proposal tonight. [NYDN]
