Kenny Callaghan and Pete Daversa, two of NYC's most acclaimed pitmasters, have joined forces and surfaced at Big Easy in London, UK.. Callaghan was the founding pitmaster at Blue Smoke and the principle driving force behind the Big Apple Barbecue Block Party.
