Sotohiro Kosugi, the sushi chef at the two Michelin-starred Soto, allegedly had a major meltdown last night when a customer complained of too much fat on his tuna. Diners say that Kosugi stormed through the dining room, yelling and "swinging his knife" around. A server confirms to the Daily News that the tantrum happened, but says she didn't see the knife.
