DOH Chronicles

A little "back-office mix-up" at the Department of Health means that there are not enough new inspection permits to go around for all the food trucks and carts out there. Those with soon-to-expire permits will have them automatically extended through August, but it's still unclear what will happen to those seeking a new permit. The DOH promises that "no vendors will be penalized for this error," but vendors still fear tickets and fines. [DNAinfo]
