Chris Jaeckle launches lunch at his white hot Italian restaurant All'onda tomorrow. The menu is quite a bit more concise than the one served at dinner, but it includes some new lunch-y options like a short rib sandwich with fontina and pickled cabbage, and a seafood salad with calamari, prawns, and cranberry beans. Jaeckle also carries over some of the hits of the dinner menu, including the hamachi crudo with kuri squash, and the bucatini with smoked uni.
Lunch will be served on weekdays from 11:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Check out the full menu, below:
