Ilan Hall says that the new Brooklyn outpost of The Gorbals will have a different menu than the original in Los Angeles: "I hired a great chef that I've been working with that's running the restaurant in LA. So I'll be bringing some of the stuff (a few dishes) over that I was doing in LA but for the most part, it'll be a brand new menu, brand new me."
