Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich and Co. are currently involved in a trademark dispute with an Indianapolis food truck called Little Eataly. The Eataly team sent the truck a cease and desist letter last summer, and is now threatening to seize all of its assets. The owners of Little Eataly argue that their "little purple truck" doesn't pose any threat to the Italian mega-stores. [~EN~]
