As a response to Pete Wells's rant about the decline of free bread last week, the Robs argue that the best breads in the city are worth paying for. Included on their list of good breads that cost money are the "parkerhaus" rolls at Grindhaus, the flatbread at Glasserie, and Contra's fresh chicken fat-basted rolls. [GS]
