This month Toshi Suzuki, the restaurateur behind the 24-year-old Basta Pasta, is planning to open a standing-only Italian wine bar called Bar B, which will serve "Italian tapas." Today, the Post delves into the history of Basta Pasta, which is still something of a celebrity hangout.
