LOWER EAST SIDEThe Experimental Cocktail Club just launched a new spring menu, which includes four new drinks plus a bunch of favorites from the old menu. VIDEO INTERLUDEAs a "Throwback Thursday" surprise, chef and Bizarre Foods host Andrew Zimmern unleashed video of a failed television pilot from back in 2001. Zimmern says that the show, dubbed Now You're Cooking, was filmed for an unnamed home shopping network.
