Wilson Tang, the owner of Nom Wah Tea Parlor, responds to Adam Platt's takedown of Chinatown restaurants. He names Yee Li, Ping's Seafood and Sing Kee as his top three Cantonese restaurants, although he does concede that "the best food in Chinatown tends to be out of reach unless you speak Chinese."
