WILLIAMSBURG — Sao Paolo restaurateur Carlos Bertolazzi will have a stall at Smorgasburg this weekend, serving a Brazilian specialty called the coxinha. WEEK IN REVIEWS — For today's installment of The Road to the 38, Bill Addison visits LA's Urasawa, which is one of the most expensive sushi restaurants in the country at $395 for a kaiseki meal. He calls the meal "astonishing", and says he'll "be judging the sushi against all others for years to come," but adds that it is "not an accessible restaurant." [~EN~]
