New York Representative Michael Grimm turned himself in to the FBI this morning, facing charges all connected to Healthalicous, an Upper East Side restaurant he once had a stake in. He's accused of receiving illegal campaign contributions through another restaurant investor, of not paying the restaurant's employee enough, and of paying them in cash to get around tax and business laws.
