Luke's Lobster to Open a Midtown Outpost This Summer

As rumored, Luke's Lobster is indeed planning a new outpost in Midtown. The rapidly expanding seafood roll specialist currently has outposts in the Lower East Side, the FiDi, Brooklyn, and the Upper East and West Sides, but its only presence in Midtown up until now has been a food truck.

The new space at 685 Third Avenue has a back door that opens onto a park with patio seating, and the team has secured a liquor license for serving beer and wine. Otherwise, the menu will be the same selection of lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls, plus chowders and bisques. It's slated to open in June, and will begin offering delivery shortly after.
