Check Out the Menu for Dave Pasternack's Barchetta

Tonight, Esca's Dave Pasternack and LDV Hospitality's John Meadow will open Barchetta, an Italian seafood restaurant in the old La Promenade Des Anglais space in Chelsea. Pasternack's menu has 11 crudo plates, plus seafood antipasti, three pasta dishes, grilled fish, and a handful of meat entrees. A six-item "crudo tasting" is also available for $30. Pasternack is still the chef/partner at Esca. Christian Goerner, who previously worked with Pasternack in Hell's Kitchen, is the chef de cuisine and a partner.

The overall footprint of the space hasn't changed much, but Meadow and Pasternack have added some new artwork, reclaimed wood, mid-century modern chairs, and new fixtures. Stay tuned for pictures of the space, and check out the menu below:
