In a surprise early review, Daily News critic Stan Sagner gives four stars out of five to Bobby Flay's Gato: "There is no denying Flay's cooking is bold and assertive. If you're looking for a dainty meal, set your sights elsewhere. His dishes can be stunning, but a full meal requires stamina.
