The Quotable Jody Williams

Jody Williams chats about her new Buvette cookbook with Toqueland writer Andrew Friedman. In the interview, she discusses being a self-taught cook, why American cookbooks are too specific, and the importance of intention. On the latter she says: "If I see somebody not doing a nice job or slamming things, [I say] 'Go home, get out of here. You couldn't make any great dinner.'" [Toqueland]
