Welcome back to 60 Second Tasting Menu, a fast-paced visual tour of stunning, elaborate, and technically advanced menus currently on offer across the city. Today, chefs Eddy Leroux, Jean-Francois Bruel, and Ghaya Oliveira break out the ring molds for the seven-course, $220 tasting menu at Daniel Boulud's Upper East Side fine dining bastion Daniel.
