1) Chef Plates: The Philadelphia Collection
When: Saturday and Sunday
Where: James Beard House
What: A series of oil paintings by Mike Geno of dishes prepared by Philadelphia chefs is on display at the James Beard House. The style of the painter is meant to mimic the sensory experience of eating with it's use of vivid color and texture. Reservations are required and you can make one by calling 212-627-2308.
2) Easter Brunch at the Wythe Hotel
When: Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Wythe Hotel
What: Reynard's hosting a three-course brunch to celebrate Easter. Dishes are Italian themed, including stracciatella, lamb, and risotto. The meal costs $47.
3) Homebrewer's Brunch
When: Saturday, 11 a.m.
Where: Taproom No. 307
What: $25 buys you unlimited mead and homebrews from over 15 brewers and an entree at this beer brunch. Guests are encouraged to bring their own homemade beers and enter into the friendly competition. The brewer who gets the most votes doesn't have to pay.

4) Piedmontese Easter Supper
When: Sunday
Where: Roman's
What: Roman's is putting out a Piedmontese feast for Easter, featuring antipasti like stuffed eggs, bagna cauda, and veal tonnato, as well as porcini mushroom risotto and roasted lamb with potatoes. The meal is $65 per person for four courses. Reservations are available from 1 p.m. through 8 p.m and can be made by calling 718-622-5300.
5) "Get Stoned" Beer Dinner
When: Sunday, 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where: The Hudson Bond
What: Check out this six-course with beer pairings prepared by chef Travis Yuen. The beer will be chosen from Stone Brewery and there will be an afterparty following the dinner. Tickets cost $75.
