Beautique, a Midtown Restaurant From Craig Hopson

Last week, former Le Cirque chef Craig Hopson and Rose Bar veteran Frank Roberts opened Beautique, a contemporary American restaurant next to the Paris Theater on West 58th Street. Beautique has a mirror-lined staircase and a spacious subterranean dining room with a big bar in one corner. The foyer has a very expensive piano. Hopson's menu includes confit king salmon, yams roasted with miso and lemon, crab flan, and lamb five ways. Most entrees are priced between $29 and $39. Check out the space and the menu:
