Dallas Workers Sue Over Alleged Locker Room Spying

Cheap-o Southern food chain Dallas BBQ is being sued by employees that claim that managers were snooping on them in the locker room via surveillance cameras. According to the suit, the managers explained that they were watching the locker room feed as a "loss prevention" strategy. The class action lawsuit also alleges that the owners of the restaurant did not pay overtime, and they forced employees to contribute to a tip pool even when customers did not tip.

Right now, the lawsuit involves employees of the Brooklyn location, but the lawyers are investigating the other outposts as well.
